ZARA Curtains is a UAE-based business providing custom-made window treatments, including curtains, blinds, carpets, wallpapers, and motorized solutions. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Product Information
All products displayed on the website are subject to availability. While we strive for accuracy in product descriptions, prices, and images, ZARA Curtains reserves the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies, including those related to pricing and availability. Due to the nature of our custom-made products, the colors, fabrics, and sizes may slightly vary from the images shown on the website.
Ordering Process
Custom Orders: When you place an order for a custom-made product (e.g., curtains, blinds, carpets), you are confirming that the specifications provided (e.g., measurements, fabric, colors) are accurate. ZARA Curtains is not responsible for incorrect measurements or specifications provided by the customer.
Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with a summary of your order. This email serves as a receipt but does not constitute a binding contract until payment has been made and the order is processed.
Payment Terms: All orders require a 50% advance payment before production begins. The remaining 50% balance is due once the work is finished, before installation or delivery. Payment terms may vary based on the specifics of the order, and we will inform you of any changes at the time of order confirmation.
Payment
We accept a variety of payment methods, including bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and online payment gateways. Payment must be made in full before the final delivery or installation of custom-made products. Please note that ZARA Curtains does not accept refunds on custom-made products.
Delivery & Installation
Delivery: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the specifics of your order. While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Installation Services: For certain products, we provide professional installation services. Installation fees are included in the final price and will be communicated to you at the time of order confirmation.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If a product is damaged during delivery or if an incorrect product is received, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or repair based on the nature of the issue.
Returns & Cancellations
Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once production has started. However, we offer a solution if your product is defective or does not meet the agreed-upon specifications. Please see our Product Returns section for more details. For cancellations, you may request to cancel your order before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations cannot be processed.
However, please note that the duration and coverage of the warranty may vary depending on the specific product. Custom-Made Products: We provide a 1-year warranty on all custom-made products, covering defects in workmanship or materials. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper care, or external factors such as accidents or natural wear and tear.
Variation in Warranty Time Frame: The warranty time frame may vary depending on the specific product type and materials used. Some products, such as motorized curtains or blinds, may have a different warranty period. You will be informed of the specific warranty duration at the time of purchase or order confirmation. Repairs and Maintenance: If your product requires repairs or maintenance within the warranty period, please contact our customer service team. Depending on the nature of the issue, we may either repair or replace the product. Please note that repair costs may apply for damages not covered by the warranty.
